Ana Ribeiro is a Clinical Psychologist who has trained in the UK, France & Brazil. Her areas of interest include eating disorders, neuropsychology,psychotherapy and mindfulness.
She adopts an eclectic and comprehensive approach to therapy with a special interest in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), relaxation, meditation, intercultural work and the influence of people’s culture and beliefs on their mental health.
Ana has worked across the lifespan (child and adolescent and adult) in mental health within the NHS. She has years of experience providing assessment and therapy within Primary Care services in addition to having worked in specialist services including learning difficulties and eating disorders.
She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian, French and Spanish.
